Nice comfortable room. Very clean. Good internet. Fully self service, you do not need to meet with anyone to check in/out or come to/from the property.

We had a really lovely stay at Ononui lodge! We arrived at the airport in the evening, and spent the night in Papeete until our flight to Bora Bora in the morning. This lodge was perfect for us. It was a quick taxi ride from the airport to here, it cost about 2400 XPF (make sure you have cash for the taxi ride). The room was nice and cool when we arrived, and it was very cute. The day before our stay, we were texted a video to get to our rooms, which was super helpful. The owner reached out about our departing flight for the next day, and scheduled a taxi for us for pick up the following morning. That was perfect to have a taxi waiting for us in the morning to go to the airport. We even got to meet the neighbor dog that was cute and friendly. Overall, I am very glad we chose to stay at Ononui lodge.

Clean, nice decor, welcoming host, 5 min from airport, 10 min drive to ship pier. Rental cars available on site. Liked supporting a local business. Nice terrace with slight water view. Very quiet, NO TOUR BUSES!

Beautiful oasis within easy striking distance of the airport (less than five minutes for an early flight). Updated and modern. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Very friendly hostess. Nice deck with a little table for the morning. Excellent location for an airport stopover.
