The whole building and the apartment itself is basicaly new with all the modern equipment you need. It' comfortable and spacious and easily accepts four people. We mainly chosed this apartment because of the location. We love beaches near Haludovo because of the shadow for our dog. You also have a 5 min walk to the city center. We had a large parking space under our balcony. It's a quiet dead end street so you only see locals and guests staying in the apartments passing by.

The apartment you want to return to. In which you feel welcome. In which you will not miss anything. In the kitchen where, if you want, you can cook, bake, beat cakes, squeeze juice... you will have everything. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, modernly equipped. The beach and the sea are very close. The street where the apartment is located is very calm and quiet. The highest rating for both, the apartment and the owners. This is what an apartment should look like. We absolutely recommend this apartment. If you find fault with this apartment, something is definitely wrong with you.

The owner was super nice. The place was clean and spacious, had everything you need, a big living room and terrace where you can hang out. It is near to the city center, just a few minutes walk. We will return.

New, modern and well equiped apartment. Location is good, shopping option within 100 meters, beach is 10-15 minutes by walking. Apartment is big enough for family size of 4.

Brand new modern apartment, very nicely decorated and equipped. Would move right in! Must have been one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in Croatia in almost 40 years of coming here. Hosts were very supportive and communication was super easy. Malinska is a great place for a relaxed holiday with nearby Maestral beach. Adding a washing machine could be an idea for longer stays.
