Very nice, specious 2 levels flat, fully furnished, with kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms and toilets and 2 bedrooms. Very close to old town and restaurants, grocery stores are also in 5 min distance. It was very comfortable place, felt like home. Also it is located super comfortably, it is 10 minutes walk to one of main beaches of Zadar, it is 10 minutes walk to the promenade and 20 minutes walk to the historical center. The place was super tidy.
Close to both "old town" and Kolovare beach.

The apartment was ready for us even earlier than we’ve agreed and the instructions to get in were easy to follow.
The location of the apartment is very convenient as it’s really close to the old town but also to the beaches (don’t expect a sandy beach though, the all have small stones), However ,the neighborhood is a bit rough it has a huge selection of grocery stores and bakeries.
The building has an elevator!
Very cosy and nice apartment which has everything you might need for your time there.
