A lovely apartment above the owner’s residence. Very comfortable with lovely home touches and amenities. An excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood with parking provided. and a short boat ride or walk to the old city.

All was very perfect. Full featured appartment - perfect for family of 4. Super nice and friendly. Best appartment we had so far when we go to Zadar.
This is an excellent property- much bigger and better than the photos. It was beautiful decorated and immaculately clean. Fantastic location if you want a central location in Zadar. A 2 min walk to bottom of the road and you can have a swim on the pier and there is a little cafe bar there too to watch sun go down. A five min walk is the boatman of Zadar who rows you across the narrow channel of water to the old town - again great fun and very handy to avoid the longer walk on a hot day/ evening. We had a great stay and highly recommended this property.
The location was very good and the apartment was perfectly equipped. Also it was clean. I would recommend this apartment highly.
