Daniel and Irina were excellent hosts: helpful and accommodating the needs on the spot. The apartment is in a very good location with an easy and quick access everywhere: the sea, shops and city center. Not to mention is very clean and has everything you need. Many thanks for the stay!

Peaceful but near all amenities
We were lucky to be the first guests in this brand new apartment, this kinda risky decision (no previous reviews etc.) turned out to be spot on. Out host, Daniel, was amazing - very kind, always helpful, he provided us with a list of places and restaurants worth visiting, which we followed and it was all extraordinary. As said previously, apartment is brand new, it is finished in modern style yet it is very cozy, all equipment was never used before, there was everything we would expect and everything we wouldn't expect, starting with plate of delicious appetizers when we first arrived there, also washing machine turned out to be very useful. As far neighbourhood is concerned, it is probably one of the best places in Zadar to live in, we found nearby Borik beaches to be the best in Zadar (we visited most of them), it is a few kilometers away from the city center but we consider it as a big plus, it is calm and peaceful area.
Дуже зручне розташування, не далеко до моря. Біля будинку є приватне паркомісце. В квартирі зручно та чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Дуже гостинна власниця.
