Kristjan is very friendly. The appartment is very clean, new, modern. I spent a lot of time on the balcony reading a book and listening the birds. Only 15 minute walk to the centre, which is great, very quiet surrounding.

Modern interior, very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds, loads of storage space. Loved the terrace.

This is a dream apartment and we loved everything about it: comfort, cleanliness, facilities, amazing design. The kitchen has all the utensils and dishes one might need. The terrace is also lovely, with a lot of space. The neighbourhood is a quiet one and there is a shaded playground less than a minute away from the apartment. We loved to take a 15' walk to the sandy Spadici beach. We went several times to the city center, it's a 20' walk. There is a Plodine grocery store very close by and Lidl or Kaufland are easily reachable by car. Thank you to Kristian and his mom for the kind gifts. We look forward to visiting the apartment and Porec again!

The accommodation in the suite was modern with modern and nice accessories. The accommodation was clean. The host was pleasant and prepared a local specialty to welcome you. There is nothing to complain about the apartment or the hosts. The apartment is located in a quiet location, the center of the accommodation can be reached on foot, the beach is a little far from the accommodation.
