The kindness of the host. The host is living on the location in the apartment below of rented apartment.
Great location close to the center of Porec. There is plenty of free parking places in the street, in front of the building. The apartment is an entire floor, more than enough for one person. The facilities were very clean and the person who waited for me vas very nice as well.

Ljubica is incredibly friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is very clean and cozy, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The location was great, just a short walk to both the town and the beach, the area was very peaceful and quiet.
I highly recommend this place.
