The host Nela is wonderful, very organised and helpful. I was arriving late at night and was grateful for her help with discounted transport from the airport. (Don't be alarmed if the driver accompanies you to the apartment, they work together. I was confused at first!) The apartment is fantastic and would happily suit up to three people, the kitchen is very well stocked and all the rooms are very smart and spotlessly clean. Location-wise it's a 5 minute walk to the main road where there are restaurants, a Lidl and buses to the city centre, and about 10 minutes to the nearest beach. If you're arriving late at night the area may not look its best but I was a solo woman traveller and once I saw it the next day in daylight it was absolutely fine and I didn't ever feel unsafe. There's a highly-rated coffee bar opposite and a mini market just around the corner. While the apartment is on the 9th floor there are two lifts and they were brightly lit and always worked.
Alles is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Supermarkt, bar en restaurant op loopafstand.
Apartment was perfectly clean with all necessary amenities, beds were comfortable, big plus is sea view. Host was so kind. Location is perfect, beach and supermarket are on walking distance, also is well conected with other parts of Split with numerous bus lines. We enjoyed our stay there. Warm recommendations!
