Apartment is in great condition & location is great as well.
Dalmaticus is an amasing place to have a great stay while in Split. Among all, It offers well eqipped kitchen, small library, play station for kids, comfortable beds in every bedroom. The parking in front of the building is bonus. The host is extra friendly and helpful.
very nice apartment, nice and spacious, cosy, the bathroom is also big, the kitchen was one of the most equipped that we have encountered so far, nice neighbourhood, 20-25 min walk to the strict city centre, all in all an excellent stay, would definitely return
Huge spacious apartment. Fully stocked. Parking space nearby (a bit tight for an SUV). A place to work. You can relax on the couch and have a nice time after sightseeing. A bit far from the beach - but that's not why we chose this place.
We really enjoyed our stay in Split in this apartment. It was very located, comfortable and well equipped. Also, the host was very nice providing excellent recommendations and even bringing a thermometer, when we needed. We really recommend this stay. We hope to come back soon.
