Everything was taken care of including bug zappers for the mosquitos. The beds are comfy. The apartment was a little hard to find and parking is too but we were lucky to find a neighbor with a lot to park or car in. It's a 15min walk into the old town. I wish we'd had more time in Zadar to explore as the city is lovely.
We loved this place. Everything was wonderful, very cozy place and beautiful yard. Appartments are close to everything: beach, center, markets.
Very clean, extremely friendly host, very comfortable. The host helped my friend with food and drinks when she arrived on Sunday (all shops closed). Also she brought tea and bananas when my son was sick.

It is very close to the sea, a bit less from the old city center but still a very good position.
