Nice view from balcony all beaches groceries restaurants within 5 minutes walking.
Apartment has 2 levels and good kitchen appliances, washing and dish washing machines, and good air conditioning.
The internet is reliable and good for youtube. TV is local stations but has English voice with Croatian subtitles for most channels and movie channels. Surrounded by many olive trees.
We have stayed in Preko, in different apartments over the last 9 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. Excellent attention to detail, mosquito netting on the door and windows, very good quality equipment, and decorated with care and style. Easy walk into town for everything we needed. Lovely large terrace and little garden. Wonderful shower and great bedding and towels. Karlo, our host was fantastic, explaining everything to us with warmth and humour. Beautiful views of the dawn sky. Good communication before and during our stay. Wonderful treats too as it was my husband's birthday. Thank you Karlo, you made it special.
The location was fantastic a short walk from a.wonderful place to swim in clean clear water. A little bar. Restaurants very close by.For the more adventourus walking and cycle tracks in pine wood. The accomodation is vey modern all you could need with an outside space to enjoy. Just wonderful. Carlo the owner met us at the accomodation what a lovely host
