Everything you need, parking spot, great walkable location, and nice host. So nice to have a clothesline to hang laundry as well! Grocery store, bakery and pizza restaurant are RIGHT THERE! What more could you need?

Many thanks to our hospitable host Jelena! She was very kind to us and provided interesting tips for activities in Dubrovnik. The apartment is comfortable and has everything a tourist needs to recover from a busy day.
The host was super nice and welcoming. She greeted us, showed us around, left some fruits and juice and it was very nice.
The facilities were ok. The location is good because it is ~10 min on foot to the old town. Also this place had it's private parking.
The location and the fact we had our ona parking was very beneficial.
