The views over the sea were stunning, and you had a table to have breakfast or drinks to enjoy them. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had all the necessary appliances. If you have a car the location is good, with free private parking, and justa a short drive to the city center.
The apartment is well equipped and elegantly furnished. It is perfectly situated in the quiet borough of Znjan, just a 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarkets are in a walking distance. We used Uber for downtown trips (quite affordable).
Diana was a wonderful host and helped us with our requests. I can highly recommend Apartment Lauretta for a stay in Split!
Apartement was very nicely furnished, with very confortable beds. It is locatedi in quiet neighborghood so you can enjoy peace at night. Bech is only 200 m away.
Fantastic property, its a new let so a towel rail and clothes airer would help if your staying longer than a few days
Excellent small modern apartment - all very clean with all the utilities you would want available. Amazing view from the balcony. Very friendly hosts. Overall - very good stay and I would do it again.
