Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice terrace. We didnt't meet the host so I have nothing to evaluate.
The apartment exceeded your expectations! Its cleanliness, reasonable price, and convenient location for travelers with a car are all positive attributes.
This is likely the most spacious apartment we've ever had in Croatia. Comfortable. Stable temperature inside. Impeccably clean. Great parking. Highly understandable arrival instructions (including photos). The owners are very nice and proficient in English.
The only thing to consider is location (in Labin, but not central). Please see the map. It worked for us: we appreciated quiet surroundings (good sleep) and could easily move everywhere (to the city center, beaches in Rabac, or other locations in Istria) by car (yet the city center is in a walkable distance).
Die Lage ist prima, sehr ruhig..wir waren zum 2. Mal da, Klimaanlage war bei 37 Grad ein echter Luxus.
