The apartment had good price-value ratio. La cation was excellent, host Sandra was very helpful and all the time on-reach via WhatsApp. Luka came to pick us up from the airport and took us there as well. Since the apartment was rented the same day we left, he took our luggage to his car for the day :) Extremely helpful! The only thing regarding the apartment was the wobbly kitchen table, it served for nothing. Luckily the weather was so lovely that we ate outside on the veranda. All in all, it seems the apartment was renovated couple of years ago, photos were taken then, and now the ikea-quality furniture seem to be well-used and some of them at the end of their life (like the high kitchen table). But location was excellent, the apartment was clean and the people super helpful :)
Location , facilities , the apartment was spotless , the owner went out her way to help us with transfers and was so easy to deal with , highly recommend

Modern apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes.
At personal disposal is a cozy courtyard in the courtyard of which there is even a live turtle.
The owner is always in touch and helps with any questions. Helped us find parking near the house, and this is not easy in Dubrovnik). For which we give special thanks to him! Definitely recommend!
