Everything! Everything is as you see in pictures. The rooms are comfortable, the host is so nice and super helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped. We traveled with a small baby and they provided a crib for us. The parking spot is about 5 minutes walking from the apartment and seems super safe, you only get in with a card and I think it’s for residents only. You can still park in front of the place for a short period to load and unload your luggage.
Basically we were very happy and it’s a great place for a family. The beaches are walking distance (from a few mins to like 10-15mins depending on the beach you want to visit). One side of the apartment can get a bit loud depending on what’s happening outside but there’s AC in every room and if you close windows you don’t hear anything, so it didn’t bother us at all.
I would go back to this place anytime when in Porec!
Perfect location, comfortable beds, equipment of the apartment and really pleasant communication with Katarina from the agency managing the agenda related to the accommodation.
Super beliggenhet, et steinkast fra gamlebyen. Stor leilighet med romslige soverom og fint bad med vaskemaskin. Kjøkken med nødvendig utstyr, inkludert oppvaskmaskin. Likte ekstra godt at det fantes nødvendige vaskemidler, så vi slapp å kjøpe det. Aircondition på alle rom. Gratis parkering i nærheten (ca 5 min å gå) og mulighet til å kjøre inn i bakgården for å pakke inn og ut av bilen. Svært behjelpelig og hyggelig vert. Dagligvarebutikk og bakeri ca 50 m fra leiligheten.

Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben und auch die Fotos entsprechen der Realität.
Hervorzuheben ist, dass im Vorfeld das Auto über das Kennzeichen registriert wird und man anschließend einen gratis Parkplatz in kurzer Gehdistanz vom Appartement zur Verfügung bekommt, darüber hinaus kurze Gehdistanz in die Altstadt und zu den öffentlich Stränden, die allesamt gratis sind.
Das Appartement selbst ist sehr ruhig und die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt, ebenso der persönliche Check in and out.
Zusammenfassend eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung .
