Everything! Everything is as you see in pictures. The rooms are comfortable, the host is so nice and super helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped. We traveled with a small baby and they provided a crib for us. The parking spot is about 5 minutes walking from the apartment and seems super safe, you only get in with a card and I think it’s for residents only. You can still park in front of the place for a short period to load and unload your luggage. Basically we were very happy and it’s a great place for a family. The beaches are walking distance (from a few mins to like 10-15mins depending on the beach you want to visit). One side of the apartment can get a bit loud depending on what’s happening outside but there’s AC in every room and if you close windows you don’t hear anything, so it didn’t bother us at all. I would go back to this place anytime when in Porec!

Perfect location, comfortable beds, equipment of the apartment and really pleasant communication with Katarina from the agency managing the agenda related to the accommodation.

The location is awesome. We were a family traveling and the place is right next to a pretty cool park and the harbor. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the park playground. There are several coffee shops and pubs next to the location. If you are going to a basketball touranment (we did), the facility is really close. Overall the apartment is awesome and well stocked with everything. We would visit again in a second. There is parking provided by the host (a very short walk away), but we went on Easter so could park anywhere (which rocked).
