Everything you need for your stay is in walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, a beach). The host gave us some nice tips for our stay which were very useful. The city centre is also reachable by foot. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We had a very nice time.
The environment and exterior of the house, the size of the rooms, the furniture, the decor, the high ceilings. Parking space. Nice host.
