Although the building was old, the apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Good view. Excellent location near the bus station, 2 supermarkets, and a mall. The old city is an easy 20 to 30 minutes walk away. Friendly owner. We had a pleasant stay.
Less than 10 mins' walk from the bus station and the nearby shopping centre/supermarket.
Kolovare beach (arguably the most popular beach in Zadar) is reachable in about 15 mins' walk, whereas the historical centre is a good 20 mins' walk.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, it has great views on the town, the bus station and the sea.
It is very spacious and has plenty of light, we all loved it. The furniture and the chandeliers are a bit old but that wasn’t a problem for us.
The kitchen/dining room area (with balcony) is also quite spacious.
Overall cleanliness was good. There is air con in the living room.
This is an older style apartment, so if you like modern features and style it is probably not right for you. It has 2 large double bedrooms. It is on the 7th floor, so the views are great. Plenty of free car parking nearby.
The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the Kolovare and Karma beach, but close to the old city center also. The view from the balcony is very nice. The size of the apartment accommodates easily 5 people.
Ottima la posizione, vicina alla spiaggia di Kolovare e a 15-20 minuti dal centro.Vicinissimo anche un grande supermercato.
Ottima la vista trovandosi al settimo piano di un palazzo.
