Apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Bathroom was big and kitchen had everything we needed and more! Aircondition in almost all rooms apart from bathroom and kitchen. Great location very close to the old city centre om one side, bus station and car rental services on the other. Very friendly welcome by our hosts, who had prepared some treats for our children. When we are back in Zadar we will stay here again!

The hosts Desiree and Eugene were welcoming and helpful. They told us about the attractions in Zadar and recommended some good restaurants in the area. As we are big tea drinkers we looked for a kettle in the kitchen but there was none. Next day Eugene appeared at the door with a new one which we really appreciated. The apartment is spacious, bright and well-equipped. It is so convenient to both the beach and the old town. We had a wonderful stay and would strongly recommend Apt Skunca.

Everything was perfect. The location of the apartment is very good. The old town of Zadar is only a 10-minute walk away, with lot of good restaurants. The beach is 5 minutes away and Tommy Market is right next to it. The host is very helpful and caring! Thank you very much for everything! :)

Amazing apartment close to the old town and the beach at the same time. Great price and very clean. Free wifi and netflix made our evenings nicer. Air conditioner was in every room. There was also a shop right next to our apartment. I absolutely recommend this place if you are a group of 5/6 people and want to explore Zadar. If we ever decide to go to Zadar again, this is where we will stay.

Very spacious and the owners were very friendly. Lots of ammenities including kitchen ware, dishwasher, beachtowels, soap/shampoos etc.
