The location was really nice, as well as the service provider. Everything was ready when I arrived and the room as well as facilities were very nice and clean.
Super friendly staff who was really good about communicating with us and being proactive about contacting us to find the place really easily. Rooms and facilities looked just like the pictures. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and the kitchen was nice to have to store food. They were also super accommodating with letting us store our luggage during the day after checking out. There was also a terrace that had a nice view of the city/water. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by and easy to take the bus to the Old Town.
Alan and his family provide a safe, clean and comfortable room at fair price. I wanted to stay near the bus station as I had only two nights stay. The room is located 10 min walk from bus station (20 min if bogged down with luggage) Nearby are bakeries and restaurants that cater more to the local folk so you get better deals and quality than at the tourist part of town. It’s a good 35 min walk into town, less than 15 min by local bus but im happy I stayed here and not so close to where the masses are let off from cruises. If your luggage is heavy avoid the stairs and instead use the road on the left that cars use to head up. Ask host in advance to send you photo. It’s an easier walk up using the street.. like most of D you’ll need to walk up and down a hill to get to and from this GH but it’s an easy walk up and down using the stairs when luggage free.
There’s a kitchen for guest use.
I had a nice one night stay. The room was clean.The location was close to the bus station, but a bit far from the old town. The host offered a soft drink upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. The terrace has a nice view.
Everything was perfect, the location is great, the hosts were wonderful and they let us check in early, and the apartment is very nice and clean, we will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Dubrovnik, I cannot reccomend it enough, overall rate 11/10.
