Niko is the best host ever! He was very worried about our wellbeing and he offered us diferent activities that improved our stay. The apartament was very nice, we where seven and we were very confortable because of the great kitchen, and of course the air conditioner, and it is so close to the beach. 100% recomended.

The house is super close to the beach and the area is really chill, perfect for relaxing. You can hear the waves noises from the patio.

The apartment was just renovated before we came in. There was enough room for 7 people and a dog. There was air conditioning, set of towels, balcony and a terrace with a table and some chairs. The property also had a barbeque area where we could grill our stuff and the owner cleaned it daily. The owner was also very available and tried to make sure we spent our time well and in comfort. The beach is 3 minutes away. There is one grocery shop in the village and a couple of specialty wine shops, along with a handful of dining places. Ivan Dolac is quite remote, and just like many places in Dalmatia the streets are steep and narrow. There was a bit of hassle with parking, as fitting 5 cars there was challenging, especially if someone wanted to leave. Spare room on the road side solved this. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

Nature, sea, people, peace. Ideal for relaxing and chilling all day long. apartment host - owner was cool guy. We bought som local wine. Great quality. Wish I staid longer.
