The property is in a great location. It is a few minutes walk to town. The apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen and a full-size refrigerator.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is nice. everything is clean.
Really nice and clean house, secure parking for the car. Hosts are local and was nice to chat with them. They're open the whole year.
Very nice apartment. Easy to get in and out. Hosts were very helpful. Walk into the old town was shorter than it looked on the map. There are a number of restaurants in the immediate area but in the shoulder season they start to shut down. Don't believe google saying they are open!

The services they provided were better than most hotels I've stayed at (cleaning the room regularly, changing the bedsheets and towels very often)
It was not to far from the city center but also in a quiet neighborhood.
The parking space was covered.
They had bikes we could use, (and trust me, Rovinj area and sorounding beaches are best to be explored by bike)
I liked that this property has parking space, which is big bonus regarding the parking problems in Rovinj. Owner is very kind and helpful.
