Location. Walking distance to most attractions in the city. The host is very helpful.
Apartment was sparkling clean with good kitchen and especially with good heating which was cozy when visiting in off season. It is in great location and the owner Diego was really helpful.
Great central location (a bit of a walk from the bus terminal, but very close to the taxi stand).
There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby, as well as the harbour and the old town
