Nico is an awesome host, meeting us at the property, showing us to to operate the appliances, left beer and water in the fridge, and gave us great tips on things to do. The apt was perfect for us, and Nico even had a baby crib ready for my grandson. The location was great for walking to old town (follow nico's instructions for taking the rowboat- 2 euro pp and worth it!), small markets and several restaurants. I'd highly recommend.

Very nice apartment at a great location with a dedicated parking space, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable bed - we slept like babies. As soon as we walked in we noticed the nice fresh scent. Apartment was very clean and was well equipped. AC was in the living room which was perfect because we did not get direct AC air in the bedroom, and thus it kept the room at a perfect temperature and it did not dry out the air. We prefer not having the AC in the bedroom actually. 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 min walk to the old town. Walk to the old town is beautiful, passing by the Sphinx and the historical Maraska building. Lots of nice restaurants 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The host was great, provided us with everything we needed and told us what to see in town. We will definitely be coming back to this place next time we are in Zadar. Thank you Niko!

Very nice host and a spacious terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet area and just a short walk from a beautiful beach. A pharmacy, grocery store, and bakery are also within walking distance.

Fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious and really clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the terrasse was a big plus. Nico was an extremely nice host with lots of attention for his guests.

It was a wonderful time in Zadar. A beautiful place to spend time with the family. Nico is a very nice and helpful owner. He advised us which part of Zadar was the most popular to visit and which excursions to go on. The flat is large and comfortable, close to the harbour and beach, several restaurants and shops. You can walk to the old town between the houses and the park either along the sea or take the bus. Highly recommended.
