Very friendly owner, very clean apartment with much equipment. I was good to go for the first night without having to worry about supplies. The rooms and the towels were really clean. Having an AC is just a Sherri on top. The location is really great and has many busses such as lines 1, 3 and 5 which take you to the tower center or the beach. Overall i really enjoyed the stay in the apartment.
