Die Gastgeberin Irena war innerhalb weniger Minuten von Zuhause aus da und hat die Schlüssel übergeben. Das Appartement ist klein und gut aufgeteilt. Vom Schlafzimmer auf den Balkon, der zum Vorgarten geht. Leider kein Blick auf das Meer, das nur einen Kilometer entfernt ist. Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor direkt neben dem Haus. Nur 3 Stufen zum Appartement, daher für gehbehinderte gut erreichbar, für Rollstuhlfahrer eher nicht.
Große Dusche, ebenerdig, kleine Küchenzeile, zweckmäßig. Betten hoch und bequem. Doppelbett mit einer Matratze.
Fernseher (haben wir gar nicht gebraucht, weil Porec so schön ist ;-) ) ist in der kleinen Küche. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen in 100 Meter Entfernung, Bäcker und Fast Food-Stand auch ca. 100 Meter entfernt, Strände in 3 Kilometer, Radwege direkt erreichbar, Zentrum Porec (Altstadt, Hafen) 1,5 Km.

La casa molto bella, grande e pulita. L'aria condizionata era solo in sala/cucina.
La camera in mansarda risulta essere molto calda e nelle finestre non ci sono le zanzariere.
La posizione è lontano dal mare (circa 45 min. in discesa) e dal centro.
Nelle vicinanze c'è una panetteria e un supermercato.
