Apartment we had was ground floor with huge patio, fully equipped and great value for money. Secluded, too, which is a plus! Parking is included, quite ok. Beach is 3 mins away. City center 15mins of amazing walk alongside the beachfront.
I would like to mention that hosts were amazing from pre-checkin till the very end of our stay and am certain that i will book again if i will come back to sutivan!
