The balcony is spacious and private with the most spectacularly beautiful vista. The pool was great, fridge freezer for keeping poolside drinks and ice creams at hand, not busy during our stay. Fresh figs from the tree were also laid out on the first few mornings. There’s a nice bbq area if you like to grill. The location is superb for a short walk to the gorgeous Kali beach and restaurants. 5 mins drive to other lovely towns and good base to explore island. Being by the main road meant access and parking was really easy.

What an amazing apartment. We are already looking at when to book it again. Easily the best views in all of Kali and the host was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, even helped with a crutch for my parents when they needed it. They had their own wine and other things you could buy which were amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. The pool area and outside cooking area was also fantastic with more amazing views looking out over the marina. Absolutely fantastic place.

A gem of a place on beautiful island of Ugljan. Relatively well accessible even without a car, although you will be limited to the bus schedule that is made to suit the ferry schedule to and from the mainland. The apartment itself with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sitting area is nice, clean, well maintained. The best part by far though is the balcony with a view over the bay of Kali. Also unbeatable with the kids is the property's own swimming pool which is quite rare on the island. Even with other guests around it never felt crowded.
