New and efficient. Quiet location but walking distance to ocean
The apartment was in a brilliant location; close to the centre and marina.
It was very clean and very comfortable.
Botan Apartment is exceptionally clean. It's near the centre of Split, and near where the 37 bus arrives from the airport. It has all you need to make a meal. Absolutely everything in the cupboards is clean to use. All the fittings are in great condition and the bed is comfortable.
Property was exactly as pictured, clean and tidy. The kitchen was great (fully stocked with cutlery and plates and cooking equipment) and we used the washing machine a few times, they supplied washing tablets for the machine too which was very thoughtful. Landlord was very quick to reply when we had any questions and we had a very pleasant stay. Was very easy to get to the old town.
The property was very central to Split Old Town. It was clean and tidy and met all of our needs. Anjelo was very good with communication when we had trouble with messages not fully sending through booking.com.
