We loved the location. It's right near the train station and also in front of a tram station. It has a small mall next to it with a cinema, food stalls and a drug store (dm). We loved the front desk staff. They were helpful at all times. We also loved the bathroom, the rain shower and our fridge. But what impressed me most were the power sockets. Please keep being a role model for all hotels. Apart from regular power sockets this hotel has USB-C sockets! Well done guys!!!

Reception staff was brilliant accommodating our earlier check in time. Breakfast buffet selection was very good and restaurant staff was extremely helpful. The location close to city centre is very good with good underground parking and tramway stop nearby.

Nice location with tram stop nearby. Very interesting indoor design. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are in busy all the time for the guests.

Canopy Hotel is very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was new and spotless, and the bed, sheets, and pillows were extremely comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but I had lunch at their restaurant and it was excellent. Free parking in the garage was also a great bonus. There were occasionally not enough coffee spoons in the room, so we had to ask for more several times. Also, since we left the room a bit later (around 11 a.m.), housekeeping skipped cleaning our room that day. Despite that, the staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
