Der unmittelbare Zugang zum Meer war sehr bequem. Angegeben war die Überquerung einer Strasse. Die Wohnung liegt jedoch am Ende einer Sackgasse und die Strasse war lediglich eine schmale Zufahrt. Die Terasse war groß und die Aussicht konnte kaum besser sein.
