Great location, bus stop nearby, bus no. 4 to go to Pile Gate. Konzum store and 2 bakeries close by.
Apartment was very very clean! As someone like me who is a clean freak it exceeded my expectations. Everything was thoroughly clean and smelled good. The kitchen was equipped very well, there was everything you could think of washing machine, coffee maker PLUS THE COFFEE, hair dryer, ironing board even a bowl of fresh fruit :)
AC in each room and a lot of storage !

The host live right next to the building and she is an amazing person. She responses fast and well communication. She waited out side for welcoming us and farewell in person at the very early in the morning when we leave. I traveled a lot and stayed tons of times accommodations. This house is the best of best! All brand new facilities & super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The first morning, I delayed to go to old town and actually enjoyed the beautiful scenery seating at the balcony. The house located close to the old town. The first day we walked to the old town and it took about 30minutes. By Uber, it would take about 10min and around 6 or 7euros. I can tell you will LOVE the house and host. Strongly recommend, if you think about traveling Dubrovnik.
The Apartment is in a good spot and takes around 25 mins into the old town and about the same to the beach. The area is quiet. It was a nice touch to find a few drinks in the fridge and it was nice to have some toiletries as well. The apartment is quite compact though and would be tight for 4 people. There is parking in the street but it can be quite difficult to get one.
