The location was ideal. Very close to everything. The host was so friendly and helpful. We were so thankful for the good AC which kept the room nice and cool.

Hosts Gasper and Dino were fantastic managers . Gasper arranged an airport pick up for three of us, but ended up picking us up himself for some reason! We appreciated that he did not leave stranded at the airport :-). Nice car, nice ride, friendly conversation, where he explained everything about Dubrovnik along the way was a great start to our trip. He also was extremely responsive before the trip, and even helped me with some travel ideas for another country! Probably the best person I’ve ever dealt with through Booking.com. Kind, caring, funny. Great guy. Manager Dino took over once we got to the apartment. He was similarly responsive and kind. Told us all about Dubrovnik and gave us tips to enjoy and save some money too! The apartment location was the best. Right inside the walls, close to everything. Comfortable. Everything worked. We only stayed a couple days, and I wish we were able to stay more.

Hosts picked us up from the airport and carried our luggage to our door (despite our efforts to help!) and hand delivered the keys, along with some great tips to help us make the most of our visit. Communication both before and during our trip was easy and with quick responses to all our questions about restaurants, day trips and more. The location itself was a delight because it’s only a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to visit and best of all, it didn’t require the usual hundreds of stairs that a lot of the hotels and apartments in the area require you to climb!
