Owner greeted us on arrival at midnight, talked us through everything we needed and even where he suggested us to go

Super friendly people and good communication. Short way to the Zadar centre since Bolt/Uber is quite cheap and the drive only takes 6-7 minutes. Had mostly everything you needed.

Very nice and helpful host. The apartment is very good value for money. Clean and spacious.

The downstairs apartment is very comfortable staying in. Parking spaces are right next to the house. There is an abundance of plants and flowers around the house which looks really beautiful and also makes for some extra shade in the sun. Host communicates quicky, friendly and he was able to provide us with our requests. If you have your own car I would recommend booking this accommodation because many city sights are within a short 10min driving distance from the accommodation.

The guest gave us some of his homegrown tomatoes, and they were delicious. There was a small balcony which we could sit at the general area is very calm and peaceful. The host gave us great advice for taking taxis (use bolt or Uber) and we had a drying rack to put out a swim stuff. There was a hairdryer and the shower was pretty powerful.
