The sea view was beautiful. Extremely clean and comfortable room. The owners were very pleasant and available for any kind of request or information. The breakfast was delicious. The whole experience was the touch of the art, personalized and tasty in line with Lovran and Lungomare history modified just enough to be a marvelous experience of today.

Excellent location, very close to the centre and main bus stop but away from the noise of the main road, and with a very good restaurant next door and the town's supermarket just round the corner. Small but varied breakfast buffet inside or on the terrace. The owners were great - we arrived unexpectedly early and they still welcomed us event hough the room wasn't quite ready. I was impressed that the delay was because they insisted on mopping the floor. We also got an unexpected and appreciated gift when we left.
