Marija had prepared plenty of drinks in the fridge, which the kids absolutely loved.
Although we arrived a bit late, Marija warmly welcomed us and patiently introduced the place.
The house is not far from the port and bus station, and it’s close to all the main attractions.
The path to the house is uphill, which can be a bit tiring when pushing large suitcases. However, our 8-year-old child managed to push our 23kg suitcase all the way—so it’s definitely manageable.
Lidl is very close by, and there are also shops along the way to the attractions.
There’s a drying rack, which is great for hanging laundry.
The interior of the house isn’t brand new, but it’s well-equipped with everything we needed.
Perfect size for 4 people—just right for our family.
The property is in a quiet street, but very close to everything. A perfect location.
The owner Marija's hospitality. I don't know how she keeps her spirit of hospitality going for every guest. She has stocked some drinks in the fridge, ground coffee beans, tea bags, sugar etc. There are a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, pans and kitchenware. So, I did not have to eat out for every meal and could relax well. There is an air con. The shower was good. The location is convenient, deceptively close to the Old Town centre with small food shops nearby or supermarkets are not far away.
I had a wonderful stay! Marijah was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. She even left us some drinks in the fridge. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
