Very clean. Tip-top, really 10/10
Kitchen is very well equipped with machines and plates, glasses etc. Ideal for home cooking. Large fridge.
Has washing machine.
Very close to food shops like Lidl, Plodine - just a walk. Need no car to do shopping for the day.
Quiet. Like cemetery.
Best for 4, even 2 couples.
