The location and the possibility to rent the parking.
Comfortable room, clean, close to the centre, very kind host. Garage is a big plus.
It is very well located a few minutes from the center and if you also rent the garage, it is in a great location without a car parking fee. The apartment is large with a comfortable huge bed, a wardrobe and a modern bathroom.
Everything perfect, clean, spacious, the place doesn’t have a kitchen (it has the dishes), but we were eating outside, so for us it was perfect. Location is amazing, and it is great that we had the garage.
The room is spacious and has everything you need for a few days stay (towels, hair dryer, iron). There's no kitchen but you get some dishware and water heater, so you can make coffee/tea, plus there's a small fridge. Bed is very comfortable, and the location is good - quiet in the evening, although very close to old town, about 5min walk. Margherita is extremely nice and welcoming host!
