Location, perfect host Ive. Clean and well equipped.
Nice, quet location, 200 meters to the beach/shop/restaurant. The apartment owner is very nice.
The landlord was very nice, the apartment was very clean, nothing was missing, and the landlord fulfilled my unique wish, which was a positive surprise.
The location of the property is brilliant. It is in a quieter part of Zadar, away from the old town, but very easily accessible by the public bus route immediately outside of the property, or if you feel inclined a leisurely 30 minute walk each way.
Ive, the owner, is a lovely accommodating person for whom nothing is too much trouble. The property itself is spacious with a south facing terrace that has a view of the sea and a distant view of the old town. The property has great facilities; bathroom great, bed great, kitchen with oven great, terrace lovely and spacious. Loved this apartment and can highly recommend it.
