Modern, recently constructed, well-equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. Large bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful, private pool area. Lots of storage for personal belongings and clothes. Wonderful view of Dubrovnik from the balcony.

Marijana our host let us check in early, and offered us some beer and a bottle of wine! She was really attentive and the apartment was as immaculate and clean. It is located within walking distance from the Old Town, and there are supermarkets nearby if you prefer cooking in the apartment.

Marlin Apartments are absolutely fantastic, clean, modern, brilliantly equipped and well placed. We stayed in the 2+2 apartment which we found comfortable and extremely well maintained with a lovely balcony overlooking the town, which is a great place to sit and chill with a glass of wine. The pool area offers a quiet place to sit, read and grab a refreshing swim in the pool. I cannot praise the apartment enough, it far exceeded our expectations. However, what really makes the Marlin Apartments special is the host Marijanna. She met us when we arrived with home made pancakes and a glass of wine and showed us on a map where the local shops were and how best to get around the town. We cannot praise her enough, we really felt like we were leaving behind a friend when we left. We will most definitely be back.

Clean, modern, every facility you needed, great balcony view, very quiet, plenty space around the pool. Exceptional greeting by the owner who sat us down by the pool upon arrival got us much needed cool drinks (inc. beer) and a pastry each, told us the apartment was ready a few hrs early which was a great bonus and then showed us on a map what was nearby, giving very useful recommendations etc. then. Tour of the apartment. Fridge had some useful essentials including box of biscuits, water and some beer. Then left us to our own plans with the knowledge we had someone very friendly and helpful to call on if we had any questions etc. fridge stocked with essential Highly recommended. Far better service than you get at many a top hotel. A truly great way to start off our holidays. Very well located for the touring we did. Approx 15 mins walk into the old town gates.
