Wonderful customer service on the hotels end. It does them good to have such great apartments in the city's most famous pedestrian street. Close to literally everything. They were super polite and allowed an early check-in. The bed was super comfy and sound isolation was great. Everything in the apartment was new. Highly recommend :)
