We had 3 of the 4 rooms. Each room was quite spacious and well appointed -- very comfortable! Location was perfect -- near public parking and easy walking distance to old town Split. Nice cooked to order breakfast at local restaurant came with rooms.
Receivef an upgrade to sister hotel Galeria Valeria. All is new and very good.
There was a miscommunication upon arrival and no one was there to greet me and it was a holiday at the end of the season. However, once I called the hotel, they began to rectify the situation. They brought me to their sister property and upgraded my room due to the error. They gave me the flexibility of a late checkout and helped me take my bags to the bus stand the next day. A sign of a great hotel and management is fixing mistakes and going above and beyond and they certainly did this. Would highly recommend!
