The apartment is light and spacious, kitchen is large and very well equipped with good quality cabinetry, appliances, crockery and utensils. Spotlessly clean. There is more than ample storage in the apartment, plus a good washing machine and a drying rack. The balcony has an adjustable awning so that guests can choose full sun, partial shade or full shade when sitting outside. Our host was flexible in allowing us to arrive a couple of hours early - even after having guests the previous night, which was much appreciated. The location is close enough to the old city - about a 15-20 minute walk - that you don't need to use your car to get in, thus avoiding parking hassles and expense. Neighborhood is fine. It felt safe and buildings in the area were generally well-maintained.

Great location, a short walk from the city centre and just enough to be away from the noise, partial sea view is great on the sunny balcony, we were even so lucky to see a pod of dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee.

Clean and beautiful! Newly renovated apartment in great area, close to the beach and 10min walk to old town. Many coffee bars and restaurants much closer. Very easy check-in with clear instructions. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The apartment turned out more spacious than I anticipated. I loved it. Great view from the balcony to enjoy the sunset. The location is also excellent. It is located in walking distance from what is in my opinion the best beach, Jezinac. Or, if you instead want to see the rest of Split, simply walk for 10 minutes eastwards from the apartment and you will suddenly find yourself at one of the best kept centres of medieval european architectual beauty.
