Amazing new apartment. Super clean and beautiful. Quiet. Great and king host. 20 minutes walk from old town or short bus ride. Garage is big plus. Will come again.

View from balcony was amazing, everything is super clean, you can have anything you need from toothpaste to iron.
Best thing was garage, so you dont need to worry about looking for parking spot in the street on the sun..

First and foremost the hostess was very nice and provided useful information about local activities, recommended good restaurants, showed the path to the beach and lots of other things. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious with a great view and location. We were pleasantly surprised about the convenient space for the car. The neighborhood was quiet, there is a grocery shop right downstairs and a cozy bar with cheap drinks on the way to the beach, and the beach is so much less crowded than the one in the centre. If we visit Split again, we would definetly seek out this place for our stay. 10/10 experience!
The apartment was amazing and the host was so helpful. She met us at the apartment, showed us to our underground garage and then showed us around the beautiful apartment which is on the 5th floor via a lift. It was fully equipped with everything you could need including kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave etc. it really was luxurious and we loved the swinging chair on the balcony. It is 10 mins to a very nice beach via some uneven pathways but easier enough to walk and 20 min walk to the old town. Top tip to get a bus ticket from a machine at most bus stops and the ticket is only 1 euro as opposed to 2 euros on bus. Bus stop a couple of mins walk away and takes you straight to the old town
