Built in 1990, this 4-star apartment is within a 11-minute walk of Parentino Beach and 0.6 miles of Porec City Beach. good equipped separate cottage with own internal yard in down town. Parking included.
Modern, new, spotlessly clean and excellent location. Helena's apartment is in the heart of Porec with a small supermarket and bakery next door and all sights within a short walk. It was quiet while we were there and the bed is extremely comfortable. There is access to a nice outdoor courtyard which appears in photos. Helena was an excellent host and gave us great tips and responded straight away to all our requests. We would happily have stayed here longer and would recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect! The location is excellent, the apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the terrace was a lovely bonus. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — and to top it off, they even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gesture. We would gladly come back!
It's a cozy apartment. It's in a quiet street in Porec, no traffic noise. It has private parking which is useful. Not only was the apartment in a perfect location but the place itself was just so comfortable and beautifully furnished.
The old town is about a few minutes walk from the place. Many good restaurants, awesome food.
The place is clean and well equipped, enough room for two people. The bed is very comfortable.
There is a terrace for the morning coffee/cigarette.
Helena was the most fantastic host. I recommend thisplace for your vacation in Porec.
