Everything was spectacular! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The best part was the view from the balcony - incredible! I picked this apartment because of the parking and that worked out very well. Super convenient. Yes, it’s a walk to the main attractions but it was easy for me to walk down and take a taxi back.

A family of three booked a deluxe apartment, which is essentially a one-bed apartment in the top floor. The living room has a bed and a dinning table with four chairs. The view from the patio is great. The apartment is very clean. There is a bus stop across the street. Or you can walk down to the old town (20min).

If you are going to stay in Dubrovnik and not stay in the old city where it is very expensive, the Tomas Deluxe is a great option. It was a 15 minute walk into the old city. The host was magnificent and very helpful. The accommodations were very clean and new. You actually have a washer and a dishwasher like a typical apartment. The A/C works great and kept us cool on a hot day. This is one of the better places we’ve stayed traveling through the Balkans. We can’t wait to return.

Location was perfect, on main road coming into town just over the bridge. Walk to downtown and old town 10mins. Had the use of Washing machine and hung to dry on deck.

Very nice view from tha balcony. Host is very nice.
