Чисто, уютно, комфортно.
Очень шумно под окнами, и.к располагается популярное кафе, под ночи пьяные бьют бутылки, под утро начинаются ремонтные работы.
Но в квартире есть кондиционер, закройте окно и тишина. Мы к сожалению такой функции воспользоваться не можем, т.к ребенок сразу реагирует на пыль, если кондиционер не чистили.
