Great equipment of the hpuse in every possible case: all the kitchen appliances, bathroom, even some additional emergency things such as first aid kit and anti-mosquito devices.
Huge and comfortable terrace, where even a big company of guests can stay. Parking with a closed gate.

Villa Ivan is perfect if you want a quiet, peaceful get away. The hosts are fantastic. It was almost like staying with family. I loved getting up each morning and watching the fisherman across the inlet prepare his boat. So quiet. The sunsets from the back balcony were amazing.
