The location of this room was perfect..right across the road from the promenade and halfway between Umag and Stella Maris. The owners, Toni and Linda, couldn't have been nicer and responded quickly when I messaged them. The walking shower was a treat after using many tiny shower stalls on this trip.

Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great view and perfect location. It was really a pleasure to stay. If we decide to visit Umag again we will definitely choose Villa Umag Seafront again.

The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were also very helpful, providing invaluable tips on where to go and what to do, and were constantly available in case any questions arose. Having convenient parking was a huge plus, eliminating any stress about where to leave the car. The nearby store was very handy for picking up any essentials we needed. Lastly, the room itself was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming retreat at the end of each day.

All the questions were answered almost immediately which was great!

Very nice apartment, amazing sea view. Downtown and the beach are both a 10-minute walk away. The owner is very friendly, provided all important information. Parking right in front of the house.
