Our flight was delayed by three hours, and we arrived much later than scheduled. Communication was excellent and clear directions were provided to get into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay in the Sapphire apartment and our visit Zagreb.

The location was great, and my kids were able to be comfortable with the twin beds. The kitchenette was good. We liked the laundry facilities and amenities.

A little street noise that didn't bother, but otherwise a quiet location. High ceilings, lots of space. Great ac in rooms. Everything worked well. We were traveling with another family. They rented the other apartment and it was very convenient to hang out together when wanted or have privacy when wanted.

One of the best apartments we ever stayed during our Europe trips.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Queen bed room had a comfy couch, and a dining table with chairs which provided a nice space to hang out. Other bedroom had 2 twin beds. Lots of closet space, convenient charging ports. Kitchen was well equipped - we only made tea and stored our snacks there. They had umbrellas for us to borrow, coat hooks. It was a really nice space to come back to after a long day. Slavica met us at the door, gave us excellent instructions on where to park and use the daily rate. Main square was literally 6-7 minutes walk from the apartment. Safe area. It was perfect for the end of our 10 day trip- we could bring all our luggage up the 4 steps, consolidate, do 2 washes, and pack everything up for our flight back home
